Whitney & Ben's Beautiful Wedding

I just finished up this wedding, and I am so pleased with how they turned out. (As you will see by the umpteen-jillion pictures that I am posting...I couldn't get my favorites narrowed down!) The wedding was at a beautiful vineyard, and was all outdoors (except for the reception) so that made for wonderfully gorgeous pictures! Not to mention my assistant photographer rocks! :)
Here we go!I'm mainly posting the one above because of the guy in the black jacket to the left. It's Edan Schultz from WSIL-TV 3...local celebrity! :)
Having some fun...silhouette jumping! :)

Thanks for letting me take your wedding pictures, I had fun! And as I mentioned before, it absolutely could not have been prettier!

So...

...I haven't gotten much work done lately, because we are so stinkin' busy! We have been running everywhere it seems, this weekend was crazy! I'm thinking I should change the name of my blog to "It's a Sweet Crazy STRESSED Life!" :) I'm getting ready to take the kids swimming, so I don't have time to tell the whole story right now, but I did want to get this post up for Brennan's mommy and daddy! Check out this little guy! He has the greatest chubby cheeks!

He is way too adorable! Brennan was 9-10 days old when we did his pictures, and as soon as I held him, I realized how fast Cohen is growing! The newborn stage passes SO fast! Cohen is 4 1/2 months and can already push himself around a little bit in the walker. Enjoy this baby time!! :)
Well, like I said, we're going swimming, and there are a few little girls dying to get out of here, so I'll have to chat more later! Have a great Monday!

Some family stuff and a sister session

I haven't posted in a while, we have been SO BUSY!! We went out to dinner and a movie on our anniversary, which I don't think we have done in like, years probably! I really wanted to get out of the house with no kids, and we did. It was so relaxing! Maddie Kate had a ball game get rescheduled that night, so we didn't get to go until after the game and we ended up going to see Indiana Jones at the late show, so we got home SO late, but my babysitter was so sweet and didn't mind! (thanks Val!)
Here's a pic of me and Johnny taken on our anniversary (thanks Val! again)
Then Saturday I had a wedding in Evansville, so that was a long day, for me traveling and for Johnny with the 3 kids all day!! (but I am excited about the photos!) Then Sunday was Father's Day, and we had church and lunch at my parents house. Sunday night, my friend Kellie and her 2 cute kids came to stay for the week while her husband works at camp. So we have been having a big time playing and hanging out and talking photo!
Here's Johnny and Cohen on Cohen's first Father's Day with his Daddy!
Got his dad's eyes!! :)

The pictures from this session turned out so cute. Mom, along with her 3 daughters, as a surprise for Dad. Here are Julie, Karlee, Kassidy & Klaire:

Above: laughing is great!

Above: Here she is wearing a special outfit from China. So cute! (And if you can't see it: she's catching a bubble)
Thanks for a great and adorable session, you girls are beautiful!!

It's our 9th Anniversary!

This is us looking young and beautiful 9 years ago today!
Okay, so I'm not too savvy at taking pics of pics that are in frames already...oh well. But you get the idea! I love you Johnny!! :)

8 mini-sessions...!

I had the opportunity to photograph the candidates for Sesser Homecoming Queen, Prince, and Princess. (for those of you who don't know, it's not a dance, "Homecoming" is what they call the carnival at the park in June) We met up at the park, and two candidates didn't make it for their pictures, so we had only 8 instead of 10. I did 8 mini-sessions in about an hour and 45 minutes! They turned out well I think! I went though my edits and tried to chose my favorite from each session. So here they are, most of the candidates...!
(this last little guy had not been feeling well, had just woken up from a nap, and a kid had punched him at daycare that day...so he had had a rough day before we were trying to take his picture! He's so cute! Poor guy!!)

Good luck to all of you kids! Everyone else: go buy a ticket from one of these kids and support Sesser Homecoming and try to win that trip to Hawaii! :)
