One thing about not having internet or a working phone...you do edit more quickly! Not as much stopping to talk on the phone or answer emails or upload to the online viewing or ordering proof books! (yes, I have to do a lot more than just push the button on the camera! lol) So my sister-second-shooter-right-hand-woman-Alisa and I have gotten a lot done in the last couple of days. Be on the look out for several senior posts! :) Alexis was my DuQuoin Senior Rep, so you may remember her from back in May. I think Alexis may be one of the sweetest girls that I know, not to mention pretty eyes and a great smile! Here's Alexis:Thanks Alexis for a great session! I'm so happy we found those great leaves!!
Photography has always been a love of mine, I have oodles of photo albums from my high school days to prove it! When I had my Senior Portraits taken, I had so much fun, and really thought it was the kind of job I would like to do someday! Someday is here! I officially started my photography business in Dec 06, and things have been rolling along ever since! I love photos of people, really enjoy meeting new people and doing digital work, so this job is perfect for me. It also allows me to set my own hours and stay at home with my children, and for that I am so thankful.
My husband Johnny and I live in an itty bitty town in So. IL where he is a youth pastor. He coaches football and is teaching 3rd grade. We have 2 daughters, Maddie Kate, 9, and Ava, 5, and a son, Cohen, 2.5.
